After 9 days of being on the market, we got an offer on our condo on Friday! We finally agreed to the terms on Sunday afternoon! So we're set to close on October 14! The buyers are from Canada and have agreed for us to live here until Dec 31 RENT FREE (except for HOA fees) and they want our furniture that we included in the selling price! We are so happy that we don't have to move any of that... which means we will be shopping for a whole house of new furniture... yipee!! fun fun!!
Please say a prayer thanking the Lord for blessing us with this quick sell. Hopefully everything goes smoothly for the inspection and closing. We feel this is a huge burden lifted from us and now we can focus on all the fun things that come with the fall season... football, birthdays, holidays and some great trips!
